Suzuka and Megumi travel to China where they hope to find a way to lift the curse. But as soon as they arrive, they are attacked by a group of masked men, also ready to do anything to find the dragon!
It is this romantic and humorous story (Toraware no Minoue in the original version) that revealed Matsuri Hino. Initially conceived as a short story, this title was so successful in Japan that LaLa magazine asked the mangaka to make it into a series. Since then, the hearts of fans are set ablaze each time a title signed Matsuri Hino is published. Meru Puri Märchen Prince was a huge commercial success, the one-shot Wanted was a big hit and the magnificent Vampire Knight is systematically ranked at the top of French and Japanese shoujo sales. This last title received the Japan Expo Award for Best Shôjo in 2009.
