Uri finally gets his way and joins the student council. The problem is that Momo clearly told her that he wouldn't go out with her, which she tries to digest as best she can, but the shock remains. Asuko tries somehow to comfort him and Uri decides to go buy him a present to thank him for his attentions. She then comes across Momo, her hair dyed black!?
