A strange-looking man, dressed like a railway company agent, wanders through Japanese stations and trains. Anyone who crosses the path of this terrifying being, equipped with a huge pair of scissors, dies at the next station in a horrible way. Tsukiko, a student living a modest life on campus, is with her boyfriend on the train and thinks she saw him... So they have to flee... and quickly!
